Walking Cronulla’s Story
Monday & Wednesday
90 minutes
• Meet your guide at Cronulla’s War Memorial in the community’s treasured garden, Monro Park, opposite Cronulla rail station.
• Stroll Cronulla’s main street, with its landmarks dating from 1770 (true!), the early 20th century to the bustling new.
• Then we’re off to the beach, visited since 1900, and its sights and stories.
• Our tour ends here. Have a coffee or lunch at a beachside cafe, or a quick walk to one of many in Cronulla Mall.

The Esplanade Walk
Tuesdays | 90 minutes
• Meet at the Bass and Flinders Monument at the end of Gowrie Street, South Cronulla.
• Stroll one of Cronulla’s greatest attractions, The Esplanade, along the gorgeous coastline.
• More than 30,000 whales pass Cronulla each year on their annual migrations. Keep your eyes open.
• Visit Cronulla’s notable World War 2 sites, parks, surfing and diving hotspots, the Nuns' Swimming Pool, ocean pools and a quiet little beach loved by locals.

Gunnamatta Bay to Bass and Flinders Point
Thursdays | 90 minutes
This tour's rewards are some of Cronulla's most spectacular bayside beaches, parks, and seaside views.
• Meet at Cronulla Railway Station, to visit:
• Gunnamatta Bay ferry wharf, from which two of Australia's oldest timber ferries operate.
• Beautiful Gunnamatta Bay and its spectacular beaches.
• Still-water family favourite beaches at Gunnamatta Bay and Darook Park.
• Salmon Haul Reserve, with native bushland and spectacular views.
• The monument celebrating explorers George Bass and Matthew Flinders.
